Samsung Has No Plans for Galaxy S ‘Value Pack’ Update
The Samsung Galaxy S will not receive a “Value Pack” update with added features, a spokesperson speaking to The Next Web has confirmed.
The software upgrade was initially discussed as an alternative to Android 4.0, adding some of the operating system’s new features within the framework of Android 2.3. Samsung stated last month that the hardware of the Galaxy S can not support the new Ice Cream Sandwich build of Android along with their TouchWiz user interface.
Hardware is again being pointed to as the reason why a so-called “Value Pack” will not be delivered. The news will certainly frustrate owners of the highly popular smartphone further, but at this point it looks like Samsung can or will do little to remedy the issue.

Samsung Galaxy S III, Galaxy S 3D in works?
NEW DAY WITH NEW UPDATES..!
We are talking about the another Samsung model Galaxy S-III or S3.
The rumor is that the SOUTH KOREAN COMPANY will deliver the new device in the world of mobile just like they did with Samsung S2 model.
Specs wise, such a smartphone is said to sport a quad-core processor, 720p screen (1280×720 pixels) and more (2GB) of RAM. Needless to say, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will run the show with Sammy’s own TouchWIZ UI singing on top.
In related news, we’re also hearing the Galaxy S 3D is in works as well. When you think about it – this also makes sense with Samsung being the only major handset maker without a 3D Android smartphone — LG has its Optimus 3D and HTC – Evo 3D.
Let us see will the Samsung will launch this two products in future. It is not completely sure that they are going to launch this.
Let us stay connected and just hope they will launch the products.
